The NYS DEC will be holding a meeting on regulations that apply to the Real Property Tax Law 480a on Tuesday April 2nd, 2019 1-3 PM at the Sidney Memorial Public Library, SMART Community Room, 8 River Street, Sidney, NY 13838.

This meeting is not listed in the schedule of meetings in the letter sent to current 480a participants. It was added to make it easier for residents in the Southern Tier/Delaware County area to attend. Note: the complete list of meetings, with this one added, is listed here.

You do not need to be a current 480a participant to attend.
