Picnic in the Park Program

The picnic will be Saturday, June 12, 2021, noon - 2 pm at the 2nd Pavilion at the Town of Maine, NY town park. The park is located behind the Maine Memorial School at 2693 NY-26, Maine, NY 13802.

Guest speakers include: Stacey Kazacos, NYFOA President will speak briefly on the DEC’s Regenerate NY program; Mike Blasko, SOT Member will talk about growing ginseng; and Suzanne Treyger, Audubon Forest Program Manager for Harvests for Habitat will talk about improving bird habitat.

This is a free, catered event for Southern Tier Chapter members, family and friends, and reservations are required. As per Broome County Health Department, attendance will be limited to 40 people.
