52 McKinley Avenue, Dolgeville, NY 13329 (Fulton/Herkimer County)
Wednesday, April 10th - 10:00am (not open weekends)
To attend the tour please RSVP by 4/5/19
Tour will last approximately 2 hours and include:
Time in the log yard, production plant and discussion of current and future wood selection.
There is not a place at the Rawlings plant for lunch so lunch is on your own. There is a small dinner in town on Main Street, Motor’s Inn, the food is good there. You could also grab something at the Stewarts Shop, bring a lunch or stop somewhere on your way home.
Directions: From route 29 - cross the bridge into Dolgeville, continue straight on 29 (Stewarts shop on the left) turn right onto Helmer Avenue, you will see St. Joseph’s Church. Then turn left onto Cavalli Street. Rawlings is on the right.
Interested in some history on Rawlings- this link is to a story about Adirondack Rawlings and the wood used in bat production.
